

I'm fit. I got that figure in genes. Many times I was thinking what to do to continue being fit also with passing years. All I can do is: - continuing active life; - keep doing few walks per one day; - keep doing big shopping and carry heavy shopping bag from shop to home; - don't give up at work and work with heavy stuff. - don't be afraid of carrying any heavy things. Ps. Sometimes is sore, but in the end it gives you the strength. Any efforce takes your energy, but put it in muscles on body. 💪
