These are people who have supported the page and after each month we find out who the top fan is I reward them with a little gift, a free custom if you will. But sometimes fans are just happy to support and do not wish for a thank you so therefore the free custom is open to anyone for 24 hours. We have 3 tops fans of November WOOOO
