I’ve been feeling the lack of motivation and sometimes laying on my bed. Plus some personal stuff came up. Having self thoughts of body shaming myself. I’m sorry if I haven’t been active like I want too. So December is here, I am going to take small steps and get active physically. Thank you for everything and supporting me on here ❤️
