OK so this is gonna be a long update. I honestly don't..
Added 2022-03-14 23:02:50 +0000 UTCOK so this is gonna be a long update. I honestly don't know where to start, but here goes. I went to Florida last weekend to work a music festival with my friends. I also happened to be camping with my ex-partner. On the first day before our meeting with the parking team I lost my key fob to my car. (I drive a Volvo, so this is kind of a big deal.) I kept hoping for it to turn up n lost and found, but no luck. We did get the news that on the last day of the festival there would be a tow service that would take us to a locksmith who could cut keys for everybody. So, I went on enjoying the rest of my festival. Fastforward to Sunday night, and I get some of the worse news I could get after a pretty much perfect festival weekend. (Seriously, this was the best festival I have ever experienced!) I get the news that my friend has had an OD due to fentanyl laced drugs, and because the guy who brought in the dirty drugs had already packed up and left.. they fingered her bf. He is now facing time in prison states away. I was not given this news through my phone because my phone had been dead in my friends' bag most of the day. As we go to leave the stage to venture and find my friend, I pull somethings out of the bag to layer up with. At some point during this process, I have now lost my phone. We probably roam the festival grounds look for direction or help for about 5 hours, before returning to camp to regroup and figure out a plan. At this point its about 5 AM on Monday morning. People are packing up and saying their heartfelt goodbyes to new and old friends. It probably takes us till about 5 that afternoon before everybody who is in my car is all reunited. Now back to key Fob issue. The tow truck comes and takes my car from staff camping to another lot with all of the other locked vehicles. I patiently wait for the locksmith to get to my car, and when he does, I get the news that because I own a Volvo I would indefinitely have to take it to a dealership to get the key fob programmed to even work with my car. From here I'm starting to freak out a little, because between the 3 people riding in my car our funds are low. The tow company offered to take it to Volvo for me, but it wouldn't be till the morning cause the dealership was closed at that time. So, the car is towed 22-23mins to the company tow lot. ($250) We get a hotel for the night near the tow lot. ($175) Then in the morning we pack our stuff and head a couple cities over to the nearest dealership. This time I went through my car insurance for the tow because this was going to be even longer. Luckily, they would cover this two but will not reimburse me for the other tow. We arrive at Volvo and the car has already been seen. They give me the news that the key fob I need.... is not in stock. So, now we must figure out sleeping arrangements again while we wait on the fob to be delivered. At this point were all stressed and exhausted so we go kill a little time on the beach. Throughout the day were looking for places to stay but it springbreak....in Florida. Everything is booked and the cheapest available was still around 300 in the city we were in. So we decided to keep a low profile on the beach. Everything went pretty well at this point. Until we packed away our last blanket and are about to get in the truck to head to the dealership and check on the car. A county sheriff rolled up on us talking about how we can't stay here over night. Of course, we come back with "oh, we didn't know. Were literally leaving right now." Doesn't matter. He continues questioning us because were from out of town. The sheriff ends up arresting a friend of ours from the festival who was nice enough to stick around with us and give us rides where we needed to get everything sorted out. Now the original 3 are stuck with a truck and a 3-legged dog, and still no answer from the dealership. So, feeling lost we drive there anyway. We find out the car is basically ready, so I go to the front to pay for the fob. ($650) Now we have 2 cars, 3 people to drive them, and a dog. Now, we have basically spent most of our money. We ended up basically leaving our friends truck in Florida because we couldn't afford gas for both cars. (This worked out for the best since they released him 2 days later.) We somehow managed to get ourselves back to town with barely enough gas to take everybody home. Since it took us much longer than planned to return home, I also came back to no job. I have been in a state of recouperation since I have been home. Things have come to as much of a head as it probably can. I still am without a proper phone. I have a backup for now that is purely for communication, but the quality of photos/videos is keeping me from being able to fill any requests for commissions. With the state of my life currently all I can promise you guys is to continue posting the content I have ready for now. I will continue posting updates and content to my free profile as well as promised I will be releasing my premium only fans Wednesday @ NOON! I will posting a separate update with all kinds of details and things that will be available across both pages. Now I don't like using this platform to ask for money from you outside of what were here for, but if there is any extra help I can get will be greatly appreciated and even more so rewarded. You all really have been my biggest supporters through thick and thin, and I couldn't be happier knowing you guys will stick with me through this as well! <3 Love You Bunches p.s. My friend will be creating a GoFundMe to replace her entire campsite and other possessions that were stolen while she was in the Med tent. This same GoFundMe will help supplement their costs of getting a lawyer and handling his case in Florida. I will post the link in a comment below as soon as she has it up.
