Number 1: Part 1 What could the surprise possibly be? I was coiling up inside, trying to figure it out, but my Owner was giving me no clues. Just a few days ago he let me know we would be having a great weekend that we would thoroughly enjoy. My teeth clenched in frustration as we always enjoyed our weekends, especially when they included our kinkiest friends! “Well then, we will enjoy this weekend more than usual,” my Sir replied with an amused grin. I had been badgering my Owner for days trying to figure it out, and I think he was now as tired of hearing my begging as I was of doing it. “Please, Sir! Just please tell me.” My eyes widened and my bottom lip poked out in a quick attempt to make him give in to my questioning. “Hmph.” My Master just puckered his lips and shrugged his shoulders with a slow mischievous look. “If you choose to know exactly what the surprise is, there will be a consequence. If you want to be able to enjoy the surprise with no consequences, then you’ll stop asking.” I was finally quiet, and, though my curiosity still stirred me, I considered it would be better to have the chance to enjoy whatever this surprise was without being punished. However, my mind began to race on its own. What if it was a trick? What if this surprise was actually pain training?? I couldn’t take the intrigue any more; I just had to know immediately! “I want to know the surprise!” I ended up blurting out. My Master smiled wider, knowing I'd made a silly choice. “Okay,” he began, and I already was regretting my impulsiveness. “If you really want to know, we’re going to be getting a visit from Number 1.” My Owner sat back lazily, watching me. Goosebumps coursed through my body at the thought of Number 1 - not to be confused with 24.
