What is it to live your truth? Just telling the truth all the time seems like such a task to everyone anymore. We’d rather lie or go about it in a way that won’t hurt others feelings or so you can protect yourself and not look bad. We lie to people we love cause well the truth hurts. And everybody is so scared to hurt others when just the truth would help the communication. Would others recognize you as an honest person? Being honest with yourself is where it starts. A lot of us lie because we hate who we are! We hide things, we manipulate others, we divulge in things and keep them secrets. Tbh I know that load of shame & guilt we are carrying around is like an elephant on your chest. How many of us can say everytime we have a feeling, we act on it? You should be able to feel your feelings and be honest about them. The world today is full of sensitive mother fuckers and it’s not your fault. We’ve been conditioned to be this way. How easily influenced are your opinions of yourself and others? Someone mentions anything remotely relatable and your brain goes tw3lve different ways. Mostly immediately into defense mode. We’re triggered by something that me criticizing and we get to feeling defeated, judged, we slip slide back into our feelings of self doubt and it’s just a nasty process. I definitely lost topic here. Lol Honesty. Work on acting out your feelings instead of burying them inside. Work on being honest with yourself about your feelings, what you do and who you are. Work on being honest with all of those around you about who you are, what you want and do it without being sorry. Your feelings matter. You matter. Live your life unapologetically.
