Lets start this week off right with a message I downloaded from spirit over the weekend… don’t let people make you feel crazy for being so in tune with yourself that you call you them out on their bull shit. When you can recognize it, feel it, know it, and no denying it. You’re not crazy. You’re so in tune with your body and it’s alerting you to all these things making you feel uneasy and uncomfortable and you can’t brush it off. LISTEN TO THAT. Your body knows you and the energy around you. Some people will really be so out of tune with themselves they aren’t recognizing their own behaviors, they’ll try to convince you ‘you’re over reacting’ or ‘you’re just being paranoid’ even try to have you acting out character just to make themselves feel better. Don’t give into that bullshit. You know your boundaries, you know your truth. Your feelings are valid and you deserve to be heard. If they have no respect for being called out, they’re not meant to be in your life. Trust that gut and listen to yourself. Tune into them frequencies and see what is around you for what it is. Not what it once was or what it could be. Warning these times may hurt, but don’t put your body through even more by not listening to it. You’re a fucking mystical soul inside a meat skin.
