I dealt w a lot of projection where I didn't look good enough no matter what, or, at the end of the relationship the gym was all we did together because they wouldn't do anything else. So, you'll have to let me know what you think.. idk if I'll continue when I go home, but I definitely notice a lot of back pain is relieved w some strength training.
