Dhanurasana Bow Pose πΉ This posture is wonderful for the body in creating a fluid chest opener coupled with a deep backbend. Once you have the tension of your hands to feet, I enjoy rocking along my abdomen as it helps stimulate your digestive system as well as your adrenal glands. At first this posture can be uncomfortable with so much pressure on the front body, but thatβs what is strengthening the back body. Like everything in life, itβs all about balance π
