I have 10 now, I had up to 40 at one point. They can live from 3-5 years typically for males and over 20 for females! This is actually a genetic adaptation to prevent inbreeeding, so that males will mature prior to females of the same sac and inbreeeding is much less likely to occur. They eat crickets mostly, and are very low maintenance pets that are pretty (in my opinion) and fun to watch eat! And cheap and easy to care for. I also have a leopard gecko, a ball python, 3 dogs (husky, malamute husky mix, corgi red heeler mix), and a cat. Any questions? 😋
