At home resistance band workouts are such an easy way to squeeze a workout into a busy (or lazy 😉) schedule. In addition, weight and resistance are the keys to building a booty! ✨ In this video I did fire hydrants, donkey kicks, donkey kick pulses, and donkey kicks with extension. This workout might seem light, but it definitely packs a punch. Do this for a total of 10-15 minutes and breathe through the burn!
