

Abs start in the kitchen! Yesterday I recorded for you guys what I ate during the day. I tend to eat the same items until I get sick of them, who else is guilty of that? 😉 Lately I’ve been loving this turkey bacon wrap paired with a green juice for lunch. It’s filling, tasty, and I don’t feel like I’m eating healthy, even though I am! The apple in the green juice makes it sweeter, so it’s easier to drink than a traditional bitter green juice. For dinner I ordered my favorite salad from a local cafe, a kale and lentil salad. I like to add grilled salmon on top for added protein. This salad is full of veggies and omega 3s to keep your skin glowing, your hair thick and strong, and your tummy toned! It’s important to remember that what you eat is more important than how often you work out. If you’re not fueling your body with the nutrients it needs, you’re not going to see the results you want!
