

STAIRS! Stairs are my favorite workout when I want to be outside, and combine cardio with resistance. When I’m looking for a booty burn, high calorie burn, and a way to get outside and get my vitamin D in the sun, I turn to stairs. You can either use the stair machine at your local gym, or go outside and find a good series of stairs to add to your routine. Your booty will be perkier, more toned, and if you use stairs outside you’ll be tanner in no time 😉 With summer around the corner, everyone can use a little tan, booty burn, and cardio resistance training.
