You trigger them simply by existing and learning how to love yourself. By learning to love yourself, or loving yourself already, you are one step ahead from the person who doesn’t try. Those people deserve compassion and love just as much as you do, and understand that their criticism is stemming from a deeper place that they themselves are blind to. If they are not blind to it, they are choosing to stay in the dark. Keep shining your light because you are not living your life for anyone else other than yourself. You are here to beam and radiate what you truly are, and to inspire others to do the same💕
