Let me introduce… ✨ 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐔𝐑𝐒𝐃𝐀𝐘 ✨ « What is this? » Will you ask. Well let me explain! As I mentioned a few days ago, health is obviously a big part of my life and my education. In my job, I’m often teaching and helping others on how to accomplish and live their best and healthiest lives, how to have better life habits, how to adapt their lifestyle depending on their particular situations… And yet, what am I doing to live MY best and healthiest life? How are MY life habits? What am I doing good and what can I do better? And lastly, how can I make change happen and motivating someone else into having better life habits? Sharing our experiences can spark positive change in others, right? This aspect is so important for me. What I think will make this something really fun and motivating for you and me is the fact that this idea incorporates both something that’s important for me and what I know you guys want to see. Thursdays will be dedicated to what I call « Training Thursday ». The day prior, you guys will be able to vote for the training you want to see, and I will record and post it the next day. I encourage you guys to workout with me on Thursdays, whatever this might look like for you. Here are the rules : ✧ The training with the most tips will be the training I record. ✧ If the tip target goal is met, I will be recording the training in *lingerie* instead of in *clothes*. ✧ *$1 = 1 vote* ✧ Comment below the training you vote for after you tip so I can keep track.
