I don’t know why I didn’t see this specific page on usps.com last time I was trying to find information, but it does look like cigarettes CAN be mailed to the Netherlands if it’s small packages from individual to individual. Maybe the info I found was for FedEx or UPS etc, who will NOT ship cigarettes for some reason. Whew. Now I need a PO Box. I still might be charged customs on them but we will find out. I didn’t know there was a limit for what you could travel with and I was very panicked until I found out they could be mailed. I’m bringing just under the limit and the photo here is what will arrive later in the Netherlands! And my cousin is still trying to find Kent, but we did call around yesterday with no luck. So…
