I hope you had a great weekend ☺️ I wanted to do something different today and upload a video of me doing some stretches/yoga. I’ve been going back to the gym lately and my body has been in all sorts of aches and pains so I started to include daily stretches into my routine to help alleviate some of the tension. I’ve never done any video like this before so I wanted to see if you would enjoy it so I can start sharing more of these types of videos hehe. *(I’m still currently editing my B/G GoPro POV video please be patient with me!! It’s also my first time filming with a GoPro so I want to make sure the quality is perfect!)*
