

Fitness is a lot like a plant. This one may not be real, but we’re going to pretend it is. 😉 If you want a plant to grow you have to water it daily, give it sunlight. Fitness is no different. If you want to see the gains, or progress you have to continue working out in the gym or getting some sort of physical activity daily, eating enough macronutrients for your goals, drinking enough water as our bodies need the hydration. So the next time you think of your favorite plant or flower, think about how it doesn’t grow overnight. It’s a process just like fitness. There’s no miracle pill, just taking the long route for a sustainable healthy way of living.
