Ready to conquer some upper body exercises? Shoulders were always my favorite to train because you feel strong. In my opinion you can also knock out several supersets and be done quicker than training other muscle groups. Some of my favorite exercises for a successful shoulder pump are: Alternating Dumbbell Front Raises Dumbbell Arnold Presses Lateral Raises (Machine or DB) Alternating DB Punches DB Shoulder Presses DB Upright Rows These are just some of my faves to name a few.
