The 80/20 rule is one of my favorite rules that can truly help you keep some balance in your holiday routine while still enjoying the foods you love. The goal is to fill up on nutrient-rich foods 80% of the time. This includes high-fiber carbohydrates, lean proteins, fruits, healthy fats, and vegetables.
