


Life is so beautiful, isn't it? Over the past couple of months, I've gotten back into running and practicing yoga every day. I had moved away from it a couple months into quarantine, and while I feel like it was necessary for Me to go through what I went through during that time, I am SO happy to be back to these habits. I've changed around My "schedule", and I am LOVING it this way. I used to do My workouts in the morning, so I wouldn't be stressed about getting too busy and missing it later in the day, and occasionally I would do a second in the afternoon/evening. Now, My new thing is: doing a yoga flow/ meditation first thing in the morning (before breakfast- I also used to eat first and then wait a bit, and then workout) and then eating a delicious, incredibly nutritious, large breakfast of overnight oats with various nuts, butters, berries, etc. Then, in the late afternoon/ evening, I go for a run, sometimes do another kind of workout afterwards (usually yoga trapeze stuff) and then do a second yoga flow. Every once in awhile, I'm so into what I'm doing in the afternoon that I skip the run, but usually, I'm looking forward to it so much that I'll pause anything just to go get that runners high. Anyway, today I left earlier than usual, giving Myself time to get intentionally lost on trails I've never been on before. I never have a phone or watch or anything with Me, but it was probably about 9 miles. It felt sooo amazing! Then, when I got back, it was still light out, and the weather was PERFECT, so I did My evening yoga flow out on the balcony. What have you all been doing to enjoy life lately? I'd love to hear it! It's truly magnificent the way it makes Me feel, and I think it could have the same effect for anyone who tries it with their heart.
