I usually get the headaches, terrible insomnia, and nightmares and night sweats when I finally fall asleep, causing me to wake up exhausted, irritable, and dehydrated. This time I have all that plus nausea, absolutely no appetite, yesterday I had a fever, chills, and body aches. It was all worsened by an experience I had on the beach the other day with a psychotic stranger. As an empath, I could feel the person’s pain so strongly. I wanted to help him feel better, so I allowed him to sit and talk at Me for three hours. I even allowed him and a friend who was back and forth the whole time to massage My feet for about 15 minutes. During that time, the stream of consciousness coming out of his mouth got even more intense. And I was tired and weakened from My own experiences, and was not able to protect My energy while this was happening. I ended up absorbing far more of this person’s energy than I intended to, and I know it very much contributed to the experience I am having right now. Oh, and yesterday I witnessed a car accident (it took several minutes to get the driver out, but eventually everyone walked away) which triggered memories of helping save the life of someone I went to HS with, when She was in a car accident back in December. Anyway, I feel slightly better now than yesterday, but I still feel absolutely awful. Please be patient with Me as I continue recovering. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
