


I’ve been living in my head lately, not feeling as grounded as I could be. I cleared out a lot of posts on this platform and was seeing in my words how much stronger I felt. Maybe it’s this time of year..I think there’s a few things going on that are making me feel So heavy. Howeverrr, I’ve been getting slowly back into meditation and daily yoga.. little by little. And being kind to myself when I’m going through some heavy feelings. 💓
