



One of the self care practices that I’ve always been consistent with is journaling, I buy my journals from a specific place, and they’ve been out of them for a couple months now. So I haven’t actually Been journaling :( I found the journals online and ordered one. Excited to get back into putting my thoughts on paper. I think that will definitely clear some space in my head 💕 although I do like sharing my thoughts on here as well (:
