Added 2020-06-07 20:25:54 +0000 UTCIt’s been a very eventful day today. Me and my little dog have moved into our new home: a live aboard boat. Right now it looks really messy because... it’s very messy. I’m still painting bits here and there and finding storage for everything. This is true compact living. My electricity is coming from solar panels on the roof. My water is in a tank under the bed. My loo is a compost one! I do have a really nice tiled shower as well. Currently I have no hot water at all though, because the plumber hasn’t been here to fit a boiler yet. I also have no gas so I can’t cook, he’s also fitting that. These things will hopefully be sorted next week (as in not this one starting tomorrow but the one after). While I’m settling in I might be a bit slower in responding to messages and so on, but hopefully I’ll settle in quickly. I’m currently in my new bed, which is in an alcove at the front of the boat so it’s oddly enough a perfect camming space! Who knew :) I’ll be keeping you all updated I’m sure. 😘
