Added 2023-12-07 22:51:30 +0000 UTCI have therapy today and it’s been about a month since my last session due to holidays and stuff~ I feel like whenever I have a big gap in my sessions..stuff happens haha. Stuff that really challenges me. And my therapist always says if I need to reach out I can, But I never do. I think mostly because I’m cheap and don’t want to pay for an extra session 😅 And also I can find other ways to self soothe and support myself through whatever I’m going through.
