

♡ MINI WORKOUT ROUTINE ♡ when im not shopping or looking at clothes, my favorite stress reliever is a good workout 💘 i try to workout 4-5 days a week! every time i workout i start out with a good stretch and a warmup of walking on the treadmill for 20-30 min. i switch off each workout between a leg/glute day and an upper body/abs day. come with me as i take u to the gym and show u my lil leg/glute workout 👼let me know if u liked this video and would be interested in seeing my upper body/abs workout! you can also find the workout below: ♡ step 1: stretch ♡ step 2: warmup - walk 1 mi on treadmill (12 incline, 3.0 speed) ♡ step 3: glute bridge with resistance band (3 sets x 15 reps) ♡ step 4: fire hydrant kick with 10 lb weight (3 sets x 15 reps) ♡ step 5: step back lunge with 10 lb weights (3 sets x 15 reps) ♡ step 6: curtsey lunge with 10 lb weights (3 sets x 15 reps, each side) ♡ step 7: dumbbell dead lift with 20 lbs weights (3 sets x 15 reps) ♡ step 8: kettle ball squat with 30 lb weight (3 sets x 15 reps) ♡ step 9: kettle ball pulse squat with 30 lb weight (3 sets x 30 sec
