Added 2021-06-23 05:28:02 +0000 UTCThis is my bedtime ritual. I always try to burn my lungs as much as possible with my last cigarette so I don't wake up in the middle of the night needing to smoke. There are still a few nights a week I wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning because of how badly I need to smoke, and unless I have a cigarette, I won't be able to fall back to sleep. I really am this addicted.
