Most days if I can get up and shower than I can at least do the rest of my self care which is normally skin care and personal health and a cup of tea 🍵 some days I can't even get up to shower and thats okay, when you're healing you take your time, you move at a pace you can handle because anything more can set you back a bit. You have to be gentle with yourself and make sure that you're putting your comfort before everything, nothing else matters like you do. If you're not in a good place then your efforts will be lessened than if you take care of yourself first🌺🌸 Some days are harder than others but we will get through it😊.
